| | Posted: | | | | Hi all, Got a database with some 1700 dvd's and bd's now. Unfortunately, I forgot to populate the genre field.  And obviously I can't search on "western" or "drama". Is there a way I can somehow shorten the very time consuming process of opening every record etc. etc.? |

Open one of your Western movies and set the genre to "Western". Close the profile and select DVD -> Copy. Now flag all your other westerns (for example with the space bar). When you're done, select Collection -> Flagged -> Paste and select "genres" and "overwrite locks" and confirm it. | | | Karsten
