| Posted: | | | | I recently got a new computer and it's 64bit.
I've never really had any problems with Profiler but now I am.
Firstly, when I go into the HTML edit mode I can't get out! There are no Save/Cancel buttons.
Also, I've tried to run a database repair and it hangs and then crashes.
Help!
I should add that I'm away from home at the moment so I can't check any suggestions until I get back. Nonetheless, any suggestions would be great. | | | Last edited: by Pantheon |

| Posted: | | | | RE: HTML Edit: If you don't have the Save/Cancel buttons you probably have the display settings text size set to something other than Default (which is the smallest size aka 100%).
If you are set to medium (125%) or large (150%) the buttons are scaled off the window.
Go to Control Panel|Appearance and Personalization|Display and check the setting.
It's not a 64-bit or Win 7 thing. I was able to do this to myself with 32-bit XP as well.
If i want to edit an HTML window (mercifully a rare thing) i set the Display back to default, do what i need to do then go back to the Medium setting so i can read everything ele.
Can't speak to the Repair crashing. My 64-bit Win 7 works fine on that account. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |
