| | Posted: | | | | I was wondering if anyone else had this problem I've run into recently and more importantly if anyone had a solution. When I sort my collection in descending collection number order....I have an extra profile showing prior to #1 that is is some type of odd symbols and there is no cover art. Some items are in English, but not the title of the movie.
I have tried doing database repairs using the utility, re-assigning collection numbers, and deleting the item (not knowing for sure what entry in my collection is gone now), but none of it has worked. When I view my collection online it doesn't appear to have this issue....hmmm.
I'd appreciate any new ideas or approaches on this.

| | Posted: | | | | Try performing a database backup and then restore it into a new database to see if it gets rid of it. Some issues that aren't fixed by a db repair are fixed by a db restore. If everything checks out, you can remove the old db or restore into it. |
