| Posted: | | | | Hello from Germany, I've installed the version 3.7.2 build 1444 and when I now try to put new DVDs into my profiler, I got the error "This file format is a later version than this program's version. The new format is incompatible with this version. To process this file, obtain a newer copy of the DVD Profiler". But I got the newes version ! What can I do? Kind regards Michael Feist |

| Posted: | | | | When you installed the latest version, did the program do a database conversion when you first launched DVD Profiler? If not, then something went wrong. Check to see if you actually have the latest version installed. On DVD Profiler's menu click on "Help" and from the drop down list select "About DVD Profiler...". A pop-up window should appear that says DVD Profiler 3.7 Version 3.7.2 build 1444. If not, then download the latest version again and reinstall. Before downloading the current version you may want to clear your Browser's cache as it may be pointing to an older version of the files you need to download. | Posted: | | | | If I recall correctly this was a problem with an incompatible PlugIn.
Go to DVDProfiler menu "Extras -> PlugIns anzeigen" and disable all PlugIns. Restart DVDProfiler and check if the problem still exists. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
