| Posted: | | | | ok, as someone that seem to have a fair number of box collections and in my collection views I have them nested.
I would love to see the ability to cause the child profiles to indent when displayed nested.
4 Film Favorites : Extreme Action ....Eraser ....The Last Boy Scout ....Passenger 57 ....Point of No Return 4 Film Favorites : Sylvester Stallone Collection ....Demolition Man ....Over The Top ....The Specialist ....Tango & Cash 48 hrs 9 1/2 Weeks The A-Team
etc the .... being an indention. This could be toggled with nested views
Something else that maybe nice as we have Highlight New Releases why now allow highlighting as set by the user ? w/ selectable colors?
There are profiles I need to work on or edit and I would like to be able to highlight them for later work. Flagging in this instance is not a viable option as I use flags for many other things and there isn't a persistent may to mark things outside of moving them around via collection categories.

How about the ability to export a report to CSV? |

Wouldn't be highlited, but such tasks work very nice with Tags. Edit: But some way to highlight profiles would be nice. Could be used for everything. | Posted: | | | | Ok that indention thing is interesting. Here is how mine looks I wonder how you managed to get then to indent. This is part of the reason I don't allow the Box Set itself to hold a number in the collection. Tags would work but more of a stop gap imho The highlighting would work great for ratings, or via collection when viewing the All or Owned collection have the ability to set the Movies home collection color ? I have had fun tracking down some stuff that got stuffed into the wrong collection. -Robert EDIT : To add after image for referance | | | Last edited: by RobAGD |

| Posted: | | | | It's a "bug" because you put your collection numbers on the left side of the title. Move it to the right side of the title and you will see that they do indent. | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

And you all are right it does. Funny thing as long as I have beenusing this software I have ALWAYS had the collection # as far to the left, just prefer it there.
So where do we report bugs because I found another one, involving box sets :/

So I wager a guess: every column that is text for DVD Profiler gets indented, every column that holds numbers and dates doesn't. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

cya, Mithi More precise: Every column whose content is aligned on the left side gets indented, columns that are aligned to the right are not. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
