Sharing the database between 2 computers ?

Hello,
I continue having questions
Now, I want to share the database between my two computer. Why ?
Because I have a desktop computer and a laptop. The desktop, with my 28' + 22' screens is very usefull to work on it, and my laptop for mobility.
My DVD PRofiler database is on the desktop. Can I install DVD Profiler on my laptop and access to the database on the desktop ? If yes, how ?
