| Posted: | | | | I think I need to be refreshed. I have a new copier/scanner, (some images are not available on certain titles). I want to add or change an image to the cover. When I scan the image; it does scan correctly, however, how do I get it to show up in my profiler. It used to work fine on my old scanner, and I must have forgotten how to do it. Can you help/advise. Thanks as always, Steve |

| Posted: | | | | Personally, I'd scan the cover with the driver+program that came with the scanner. Then I'd edit the picture with a (semi-decent) image editor (like Paint.NET) And only then I'd add it to DVD Profiler using the "Open File" dialog.
Also make sure that the quality is set to 100% (under File->Adjust Compression in the Edit Cover Scans screen) so that DVD Profiler won't compress it yet again. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | I am trying to get a cover image that I just scanned onto my personal collection of titles. Please read my first help request. When I scan the cover art, how do I get that image over to my collection? |

| Posted: | | | | If you have the covers in a JPG file, simply double-click on the profile in the collection list. It'll open for editing. Switch to the Cover Scans tab, then select the Front Image or Back Image cover tab and then select File->Open. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

Open up the scanned image in a paint program (any old one will do). Right click on the open image, copy it (into your clipboard), then simply paste it into your front/rear cover in your copy of DVD Profiler. |
