| Posted: | | | | title says it all - I'm using a netbook to view dvd profiler - and the welcome page appears each time. I can't select to not view the welcome page by ticking the box at the bottom of the page because it isn't visible.
is there any way of selecting the hidden box - or any other way of stopping this window appearing?
(and why isn't the tick box to undisplay the welcome page aty the TOP of the page - so it always appears - regardless of the size of the window) | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | Try this: Press the button right twice, the cursor is now on Never, confirm with Return. | | | Deutsches DVD Profiler Forum: www.dvdprofiler-forum.de |

| Posted: | | | | Do you mean the splash screen when the program starts?
You can disable it: Double click on the DVD Profiler icon (or the program .exe) and choose Properties and enter /nosplash at the end of the Target area.
An example would look similar to this:
Target: "C:\Program Files\DVD Profiler\dvdpro.exe" /nosplash | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | I had the same problem on my netbook but I don't remember how I solved it. Probably just hit some random keys and got lucky because it has never appeared again... | | | First registered: February 15, 2002 |

I didn't need to go into the registry. Ken - perhaps moving the dialog boxes on the welcome screen would be good? Yes? or even, putting the settings into the program itself..?? | | | Paul |
