Well, I've done the conversion on another computer than I'm usually usually using the profiler with. Then I downloaded the converted database from online profile, but now all the flagged profiles are gone (the ones marked as uncoverted, you know). Can I force the profiler to create those flags again?

You could take your backup from 2.5 and reimport it into another database. You can create another database by clicking on File -> Open Database and clicking the new database button. When you reimport it, it will reflag them and you could print them out in a report...

Probably not the most elegant solution, but it should work.

I've found re-importing a single profile makes it flag unconverted UPCs again.

Can't do that, I've deleted my backup by accident, I don't have a 2.5 DB anymore.
I'll just check every profile manually.

Do you still have it uploaded at the old site?

Yep. But please don't suggest installing 2.5 again

Do you still have the 3.0 installation, where you have converted the database? There should be a file "Unconverted UPCs.LST" in your "My Documents\DVD Profiler\Flags" directory. Transfer this file to your new database location and load it as a flag set.
