| Posted: | | | | I had toyed with the 'collections' feature and had 'DVD' 'Blu-ray' and 'HD-DVD.' Decided to move them all back into the 'owned' section for ease. The blu and hd moved fine, but when I move the DVDs it leaves 1 profile in the collection that is just jibberish- if i try to delete it, it just stays, with another movies details- can't move it, can't delete it, etc. So I can'y remove the collection with the 1 profile. Tried database repair and have tried several combination's of moving, deleting, etc and keep reverting to the last backup because it only makes it worse- HELP! picture here: http://doubleknot.com/openrosters/DocDownload.aspx?id=88932 | | | Last edited: by uturnfilms |

I break stuff all the time! Good luck.

| Posted: | | | | The problem is when i delete the jibberish it just becomes another movie, I've tried deleting a dozen times and it just keeps turning into a different title. |

| Posted: | | | | Ok, then do this:
Flag all the profiles except that one (CTRL-A, then unselect with Space). Backup flagged profiles. Then create a new, empty database via File->Open Database. Then restore the backup in it. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | I once had a "ghost" profile in my collection that I couldn't get rid of. DJ Doena's method solved it. |

| Posted: | | | | DJ Doena you are my hero- that did it! I was able to delete the collection and all is well. Is there any way to know if that 1 random issue profile was actually a movie that is now deleted or just a bug? Thanks again! |

| Posted: | | | | You could create yet another database and then select Online->DVD Profiler Online->Download and then compare the two (ideally by pressing CTRL-A and check how many profiles get flagged) | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
