When you can prove 2 different names (or spellings) is the same person you can use the credit as function to make sure you keep both names (or spellings) linked. For the common name (main name) you use the most commonly credited form using the Credit Look-up Tool provided. If you want something else (use real names) locally you can do that... but then you can't upload them to the main database. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | The CLT is notoriously bad at counting TV credits, but a quick glance at those results show that Paul Zbyszewski is credited in 'After the Sunset', 'Day Break' and various episodes of 'Lost', while Paul Zbyszweski is only credited in various episodes of 'Lost'. As such, it would seem like Paul Zbyszewski is the common name. |

| Posted: | | | | I just double-checked my LOST credits for the eps. he wrote (seasons 5 & 6), and it is Zbyszewski, not Zbyszweski. I had him credited wrong. So if others were just cloning off of mine, there is no Zbyszweski. | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that. Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! | | | Last edited: by huskersports |
