| Posted: | | | | I just backed up my DB using DVDP 3.7.1 1436, using my USB Western Digital Passport Drive. I'm on a Windows Vista Home Basic 32bit w/all recent updates. No problems. Rory | | | DVD Profiler for iOS as of 3/5/2013 DVD Profiler for Android as of 5/17/2013 |

Any suggestions? To which fileparth do you try to save the backup? Maybe UAC rights prohibit file creation in this folder. | | | Last edited: by SpaceFreakMicha |

C:\backup.dbp I will try to back up within the actual folder for DVD Profiler and see what happens. UPDATE: I just tried it again and this time I backed it up to C:\Program Files\DVD Profiler and it worked fine. Not sure why all of a sudden I could not backup to where I have been backing up since I got the program. . | | | Antec Nine Hundred case, 4GB A-Data DDR2 800 RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP MB, XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 video card, ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink, Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD, Zerodba 620W PSU, LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD with LightScribe SATA, Samsung CDDVDW SH-S203B SATA, Hanns-G HH281 28" monitor, Kodak ESP3250 printer, Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers, Windows 7 Professional | | | Last edited: by mwkirchner |

. Looks like Windows 7 is protecting the root directory. Not sure, I still use XP, but this could be the problem. |
