If I flag a boxset to move to a another collection, it should move child profiles as well. It currently does not unless I flag each disc in the boxset. |

If you select (not flag) the boxset and move only this profile to another category (via menu DVD or right-click), the child profiles are moved as well.
But I agree, that's a bit inconsistent... | | | 1.0.1, iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.1.0

I can see that being the case as the default behaviour for other group functions where you may not want to perform a group function on child profiles but there's no reason why the Move function can't be coded to move child profiles as well because that's the expected behavior when performing a Move. I can't think of a situation it would be desirable to move a boxset but not its child profiles. If there is such a situation, maybe the user should be prompted for whether or not they want to move child profiles. The problem with that is you can only select one boxset at a time. |
