| Posted: | | | | Every time I try to search for something to make sure I'm not posting a question that's already been posted, the Search times out. I'm on a 3mb DSL connection so it's not my internet connectivity. So, if I post a question in the forums that's already been asked, it's because I couldn't search the forums for it first, it's not for a lack of trying. -kd5- | | | Time is the fire in which we burn. | Posted: | | | | The search of this site never works for me. However, I use Google as a work-around and that goes very smooth.
Go to Google and type in your search parameter followed by site:www.invelos.com
For example, if I want to know if there is already an accepted birthyear for Tim Allen, I would type into the search field of Google: BY Tim Allen site:www.invelos.com | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | Although there is the disadvantage of not being able to search for recent posts, I don't see why Ken doesn't just incorporate the Google search into this site like many other websites do.
It's not as "clean," but when people are having to search with Google anyway, at least this step would keep the searcher here. | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

| Posted: | | | | I've two little problems with Stylish: a) some kind of documentation would be nice, while I know some CSS, I don't know if there are custom styles etc. and b) I'm afraid the inserted Google Search needs some Javascript and I'm pretty sure I cannot use JS in Styles. | | | Deutsches DVD Profiler Forum: www.dvdprofiler-forum.de | | | Last edited: by SH84 |
