| Posted: | | | | So a couple weeks back Warner released Superman/Shazam but the copy I got from Warner did not come with a slip cover and certain stores did not come with one either, but major chains did (like Wal Mart and apparently Best Buy as well). So now I got a movie from Warner called "Flipped" and the one in the database is the inner cover but the one I got from Warner has a slip cover and comes with a DVD/Digital Copy combo disc (which the one in the database did not).
How do we approach this? These are all coming out at the same time (meaning it's not a re-release later on), so is it the old first come, first served? That's fine with me as I'll just keep it local but it seems this might be a trend with Warner now because before the first run of Blu-rays would come with a slip cover and DVD/DC Combo disc and then later would be re-released sans all that.
What happened with the Superman/Shazam was the slip cover and features were accepted.
Edit: Nevermind, the slip cover rule I guess would handle this. I will leave my original post up for debate if needed, though. | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

The initial production runs for WB titles that also include Digital Copy come with a slip cover all other production runs no longer include the slip cover and digital copy. Since the initial production run for "Flipped" came with a slip cover and digital copy/DVD it should be included in the profile. | | | Are you local?
