Common name for William/Wm/Wm. (Ladd) Skinner  - Art Director/Production Designer

Also credited sometimes as William or Bill Skinner
IMDB

I already had William Ladd Skinner as the common name, but then a contribution came up changing the common name to William Skinner.  So I have to be sure.

My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!

For the record: William Skinner is an entirely different person, a production sound mixer. I'd guess that the person making that contribution probably didn't realize that there are different people among the CLT numbers.

Leviathan: WILLIAM LADD SKINNER as "Supervising Art Director" (don't know if this is valid; there is another "Supervising Art Director" credited and a bit later two normal "Art Directors")

It should be noted that Bill Skinner in all my entries is actually in the Sound dept.

There seems to be a Bill Skinner in Sound who sometimes goes by William Skinner.

Then there's the Art guy this thread is referring to.
