| Posted: | | | | If I contribute Cover Scans and later on wish to compare the current scans to the one's I've contributed is there a way to do this?
The only way I know how to do this now is to start the contribution process over and re-submit the scans again.
I really don't want to do that because then I have multiple contribution notes for the same thing. |

| Posted: | | | | Just go to the contribution notes for that profile... and you can click on the view contribution... and see the same thing all the voters see. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | The only thing that comes up are the notes - not the scans.
I want to be able to compare the scans that are currently in the database to the ones that I've submitted.
Edit: I tried again and noticed the little button on the bottom...ta da...the scans! Thanks Pete - a greenie is coming your way. | | | Last edited: by Kathy |

| Posted: | | | | Stupid workaround maybe, but look for the files in the c:\users\kathy\documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\Images
Copy them to your desktop.
Refresh the profile from invelos, this will put the current scans back in place. You could then open the covers on your desktop in paint for instance, and compare it to the ones in DVD profiler.
If your scans are superior, just copy the files from your desktop back to c:\users\kathy\documents\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default\Images
Path name for the files is assuming you run Vista or Windows7 and your user name is Kathy. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | you can also try from DVD Profiler
online ---> Refresh DVD from Invelos ---> Preview Changes
This will compare what is in your local to what is in the online DB currently. Don't forget to hit cancel if you don't want to update from Invelos...

| Posted: | | | | To further what Charlie said, I put a button on the button bar for Preview Changes. I use it before auditing a movie. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |
