After restarting DVD Profiler it makes some changes to my layout settings (View > Lock Layout is checked). It doesn't set the layout to the default settings but makes some minor changes in the collection list and the overview window. I can simply change the settings by loading my layout. However, it gets on my nerves. Anybody else having these problems?

The layout problem is solved. I overwrote the Layout.dpl with my new settings. This might be the way it was meant to be anyway. But then, why saving my layout settings, loading them and locking the layout?

FYI, locking a layout means that you can't resize or move the sections anymore, it doesn't refer to the saved layout file.

When I have mine locked, I can still resize/move.  That feature seems to be broken (or at least balky).

OK, now I'm looking really stupid.

Thanks for the explanation!

I can't resize or move if locked, but I sometimes got the feeling the layout gor unlocked without any influence from me.

Not at all. And CalebAndCo and VirusPil are right, it's a bit dodgy.
