| Posted: | | | | Did you try a "database repair"?
"Tools" --> "Options" --> "Utilities" --> "Repair Profile Database" | | | Last edited: by SpaceFreakMicha |

| Posted: | | | | And if the Database repair doesn't solve the problem: Go to the Collection List, in the headline press the right mouse-button, choose "View "Collumns" and "Count As". Sort by this column by right-clicking the headline once. Now look if maybe a single-profile has a ridiculous hight "count as"-number- If yes, highlight the profile, press CTRL&p to edit it.

| Posted: | | | | Thank you for the tips.
However it did not work.
First I repaired the db, and then I sorted on count numbers, but all single items was registered (count as) as one.
Strange, I now got 242121548 items in my collection? It looks like there is an instruction to run some kind of subroutine for a random number generator in the program. |

| Posted: | | | | I've had something like this before. Have a look in this thread. In there, there's a link (under Ken Cole) to a download for a repair utility. |

The new db repair utility tool solved it. Now it shows the correct numbers in the owned column.
It is peculiar that the responsible developers haven´t incorporated this fix in an automated download? |

| Posted: | | | | I'm still getting ( if I edit a title a certain way),, still getting the Prices Paid of - i.e. $12,000,0000 plus dollars ...
I have to go into the charts and graphs to find if any titles are like this and then work backwards by locating the month and year of those dvd's purchased that shows this and then locate the title(s) manually........
dvd repair does not fix this .. and YET I never ever had this problem with 3.5 or 3.4 ...... | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

I've run into this a few times before... was occurring when Purchase Price is left blank and the currency isn't USD. (or possibly just when the currency didn't match that of the default locality, but haven't done much further testing myself.) The number appearing for me is always 2067646648418.30 Setting to "0" for those profiles, rather than just blank, seems to clear the bogus value. | | | Last edited: by Cyclograph |

| Posted: | | | | That's an exact description of what I've been experiencing as well. This should be on Ken's "to be fixed" list. I reported it earlier here. | | | Last edited: by dee1959jay |
