| Posted: | | | | Everytime today when usung Profiler it crashes and gives me the following message: "Access of violation at address 00404608 in module 'dvdpro.exe'. Read of address 69746164" Whatever I do, whether I search or attempt to add to my collection, it crashes. I have logged out and in during the course of the day but still th problem persisits. I have tried to upload updates and still no joy. What's going on? |

| Posted: | | | | Not sure exactly what's going on, but have you tried Repair Profile Database option yet? It might be something as simple as that.
At the top of the program click on the tools tab, and then click on options.
In the pop-up screen that will appear, click on the bottom tab on the left hand side utilities. Click the button for Repair Profile Database and run that.

| Posted: | | | | Also if you cant run repair from the program, you can use the database repair tool in the Invelos folder in windows start menu programs list.

| Posted: | | | | Thank you Merrick and Whispering. Your advice is excellent. Profiler is woking again! Recieved some DVD's today as well! Douglas Wilmwer's Sherlock Holmes series, US Farscape set, Sgt. Bilko and a couple of hokey 50's monster flicks. Brilliant . |
