| Posted: | | | | Why do not all movies show online when I have none of them blocked. My collectiion will go like 183 184 185 187 188 189. It will just go past 186. These are not the real numbers just an example of the problem I am having. |

| Posted: | | | | I just this moment noticed that Unrated titles do not show up in the online database. (I'm I late to the party on this fact?)
That may be the problem here. | | | If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

| Posted: | | | | Unrated is treated the same as adult titles. You have to check to show adult titles in 2 spots on the Online Collection Settings page. Under Show in Public Listings and under Show in Private Listings. Check both to show adult titles and they will show up in your online fine. | | | Pete |

Check both to show adult titles and they will show up in your online fine. Is this just a bug or is it by design? I have both unrated and adult titles in my collection and a lot of people browse my collection. I shouldn't have to make my adult titles public in order to show titles that are listed as unrated. |

| Posted: | | | | It is by design... though I don't know why. Ken should had figured that there would be those that have both unrated and Adult (XXX) titles where they want the unrated to show but not the adult titles. If I was him I would have made Unrated come between R and Adult... not equal to adult.
All we can do is hope Ken changes his mind on that. | | | Pete | | | Last edited: by Addicted2DVD |

| Posted: | | | | It is kinda annoying. I was at Best Buy today and I used my iPhone to check to see if I had a couple of titles and they didn't show up in my listing, so I bought them and lo and behold I already had them. I didn't think to log in and then check my online because they are just unrated and not XXX. Now things as innocuous as Superbad and Anchorman and even Blues Brothers (although upon reading the rules for the rating I think this can be changed) don't show up in my public collection. |

Out of curiosity... I don't own it so can't say... but why do you think Blues Brothers can be changed after reading the rules. Does it say Unrated anywhere on the cover? Or is it edited in any way from the rated version of the movie? If it is either of those per Rules it would get Unrated rating. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | After re-reading the rule change a few times I was wrong in my assumption that it could be changed. Unfortunately it looks like once some other profiles of mine get updated I will lose those in my public online listing. Bummer. |

| Posted: | | | | Of course if you want you can always change them locally to NR and lock your ratings so the online don't overwrite your local. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Or change the settings so everything shows and, in Personalize DVD, set hide in online public listing for those you don't want others to be able to see. | | | Registered: February 10, 2002 |
