| | Posted: | | | | I have been slowing down adding discs to the collection lately as I am saving to buy a house, and I use php profiler as my main online tool... but it disturbs me that it seems my last two purchases have not shown up in my invelos online database.
I have checked my adult settings in both the online settings and local settings and see no reason these titles would not be displayed... my online invelos collection goes up to 1237 but I am up to 1239 with Natural Born Killers (bluray) and Beowulf (bluray) being my missing titles...

You could also try: Create a new, empty database offline and upload it, effectively deleting the online collection. Then switch back to your real one and upload it again. | | Posted: | | | | All settings are correct and have been unchanged since the launch of invelos... I have not created any tabs, I use the standard issue owned/ordered/wishlist format. I created the blank database, uploaded, verified it was empty, and then re-uploaded the default collection again... still no success.

Not in the recent purchases (because of rating issues?) but in the collection list itself.

I had submitted a support ticket to invelos last night and they came up with cache clear as well... i reply'd back to see about recent purchases. | | | | -JoN |

| | Posted: | | | | You realize that recent purchases only show up when they are in Ordered or Owned, but not if they are in a user-defined category? Not even if the "Include contents in owned collection" checkbox is ticked.

First... there was a bad purchase date for beowulf which I would not have caught without the help of Karsten, so thank you for that... however that was not the problem with the recently purchased.
My Invelos support ticket indicates that those titles will not show in the recently purchased due to rating... Invelos described these as NC-17... however they are listed as unrated... however I'll assume that for public profile consumption invelos may group unrated, nc-17, and adult/xxx together.
The original problem was already diagnosed as the need to clear cache / cookies.
