Flag by UPCs doesn't work

I tried to flag a lot of DVDs with a barcode scanner via the "Flag by UPCs" option in the Collection menu. The scanning works just but when I close the menu the scanned movie don't get flagged.

It's slower but try pressing ALT-F10, scan your UPC, then hit the space bar.

Yes, but unfortunately the movie isn't flagged then, too.

Edit:
Ah, overread the space bar. But this is still a hassle. I want to flag a lot of DVDs for sale.
