| Posted: | | | | I'm using both version (PC and Mobile) of DVDprofiler and on my PC I got a count of 1150 owned versus 1100 owned on my mobile. I tried synchronizing by selecting "Overwrite Mobile" and "Synchronize" without any difference. I tried a hard reset the mobile with any change in the problem. I'm using Windows Mobile 5 as the OS on mobile and Windows Vista Ultimate on my PC. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't have the mobile version so I'll probably be no help, but do your adult title/parental control settings have an effect on syncing? Is it possible some titles are being filtered out and so aren't going across properly? |

| Posted: | | | | On the mobile version, you cannot set any filter. You see your entire collection "owned", "ordered", "wish list" and "All". So, this is where I see a count of 1100 under "owned" but on my PC I saw a count of 1150. The funny things is that I can see items 1100 to 1150 on my mobile. Looks like the count on the main page is not occurate. | | | Last edited: by lardo |

| Posted: | | | | And do you have any parental control settings activated on your PC version? I don't know how it works exactly but it's possible your PC version is only sending out 1100 titles for some reason.
Are you able to work out which 50 are missing? There may be some common factor that links them. |

| Posted: | | | | I'll check out tomorrow if I can pinpoint missing entries if any. Parental control is disabled on both version. |

| Posted: | | | | It's fixed. I cannot explain how the count get fixed but I listed the "owned" section to identify the missing entries (if any) and when I exit from the listing, the count is now matching with my PC count.
Very weird!!!
Only thing I suspect, maybe a glitch with Windows mobile. I used DVDprofiler since 3 years without any problem as such.
Anyhow, thanks for your help... |
