| Posted: | | | | I was having the same problem as in the following thread: http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=455877 .
So I tried the repair thing, but during the repair, Windows gave an error 'Delayed Write Failed' on the ActorAssgn.IDX file. At the same time the repair tool was no longer responding and I eventually had to kill the process. When I now restart DVDP it immediately comes tell me that the database is corrupt and I should repair. But whenever I repair, I get the same Windows error again. BTW, this is with the entire database files on a shared folder of my file server. |

| Posted: | | | | Try to run the Windows tool "checkdisk". Maybe it can help. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Rebooted the server and problem was gone. Must have been some weird filesystem situation in XP. |
