I find that when I back up my data after entering new dvds, from time to time I keep getting a DBISAM ENGINE ERROR#11013 ACCESS DENIED TO TABLE 'USERS'
when I try to reopen DVD Profiler down the line to enter new dvds.. anyone else get this and what can I do to correct it..  and when you save your back ups is is better to check the yes or no when it ask if you want to keep the name or rename it??

it seems no matter which one I do , down the road, I end up with this error and can not reopen DVD Profiler.. I had to uninstall and reinstall it one time and luckily I had a back up file to reload..

It is getting frustrating..
Thanks for any help.

Main Question: Did you try a database repair already (Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair Database ...)?

Backup-Question: Usually it's better to have as much backups as possible, so that in case one fails you'd have another fallback to go. So the answer is: It's better to click "Yes", because this wouldn't overwrite your already existing backup.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Hi, yes I tried the repair data and it did not help. and I did have a couple back ups so I was able to at least get it back to what it was a month ago before I did last nights new dvd additions.. but then I got the fault again. I am going to see if I reboot if that will help the issue..

Hello,
I have difficulties with the latest version of DVD profiler. My 3.5 version works properly, but i can't get the 3.6 version to work properly also. I've downloaded it and installed it more than 30 (!!) times, but it still doesn't work. I can't get the database imported. 1 time it did work but than i could go from my collection list to my wishlist. My PC gets stuck. So I bought a new and faster PC. you think my troubles are over? sorry the download works but i can't get my back ups installed or the reset from my online collection, also the onlinelist.dod doesn't work. I can't get all my dvd's again imported seperately because the program does think i already own them, i think. I really don't know what to do.I don't hope i must import all my disc seperately. Is ther anything you can do for me?? Pleas contact me by mail. Thanks and regards. Ed van Straten Holland

E-Mail sent suggesting:
1) Database Repair
2) Creating a new and empty database and importing online-database to the empty one.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
