During the past month since I found this location there has been about a half dozen times that I have to go and reset this area for Nest Box Sets to stay in my 'customize this menu' and leave this 'command' under 'collection'  but I come back days later and find it is gone again.. I have dragged this into the collection menu but it won;t stay for long..
Am I not getting something 'set' right.. or is this a bug??

All menu items are saved in the layouts. If you load another layout (which comes without this particular menu item) and leave the option "Menu Layout" checked, all menus are replaced with the ones in that new layout file.

That's all I can think of...

To expand on what Muckl said, if you alter your layout, you must save it and make sure you reload that particular one if you are switching layouts for whatever reason. If you regularly switch layouts, you will have to enable it in each one and save it that way.
