The status/progress dialog is good for long operations, such as backing up the database, restoring, copying, etc., but why can't the dialog be moved out of the way?  Why are the windows controls hidden?  Yes, there is a minimize button, but it didn't work when copying the database (ie, create new with copy).  The progress dialog sits in the middle of the screen as a top-level modal dialog with no controls and interferes with doing anything else on the computer while a backup/restore/copy is in progress.
