Question though...
Can I have something in owned... numbered. and same thing in custom numbered. So that in Owned it may be say.. #572 but in the custom it have say maybe #83. Or wouldn't you be able to do this? | | | Pete |

You would think so since it says Collection numbers can be "Globally Unique" or "Unique within Category".... so what does "Unique within Category" mean then? | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | This means that every category numbers consecutively, starting with 1 (unless you manually overrule). However, if you include such categories in Owned, and also in All, there may be duplicate (non-unique) numbers, since they are copied directly from the categories.
Also makes a mess when adding new DVDs.
I think the only sensible option is globally unique. | | | Hans |
