| Posted: | | | | Can someone please check if this is a proper bug or just me (or just me doing something wrong!)
Double-click on an actor to open up the window with a list of all the profiles they appear in.
Select the "Sort by Title" button at the bottom of the window
Try the options available in the menu (2 other "Sort by" options and "Flag", "Flag All", "Unflag All") - for me none of these selections does anything at all... which is a shame! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | Make sure you right click on the second title in the list. If you check an option with the first title selected, the sort or flag will only be executed as soon as you click on the second title in the list. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

Thanks for the tip; that sorts out the Sort problem (though it's not intuitive is it? ) - but I still can't get the titles to Flag. Update: Flag DVD works BUT unless you have Show Flag Indicators selected on your Collection List the titles are flagged without having the little tick put next to them so you don't get the visual indication (the ticks are revealled if you manually flag another title) Flag All seems to do nothing for me. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong | | | Last edited: by Voltaire53 |

What also makes an actualize is just a short scrolling in the title list of the actor. Then the new sorting shows. |

I've raised a Support Ticket to address this bug but Ken cannot reproduce the problem - however you, me and snarbo all seem affected, which seems to indicate a general problem IMO... any thoughts or help appreciated so we can get it fixed! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

Got it to flag the selected profile though. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Could it be OS related ? I'm running Windows 7 64bit. Are we all running the same? Just an idea. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | Here's another un-functionality in that window: if you view profiles for an actor eg. in tv-series and press the "Expand All" button, the mouse wheel stops working. I'm able to scroll the list of profiles with the mouse wheel when the list is un-expanded, but right after clicking the plus sign button, mouse wheel does not work. Is this re-produceable (or already reported earlier)? |

In UK, I think thats classed as Europe (you never know with our government), using Windows XP with all updates, including todays for IE8. |

| Posted: | | | | UK/Europe running Windows XP with all SP/updates Ken has confirmed he has reproduced it and it affects titles outside the US and I've confirmed this on my machine. It doesn't matter where the user is, it only works for titles with a Locality of United States It will be fixed in the next update | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong | | | Last edited: by Voltaire53 |
