| Posted: | | | | Hello,
I have just upgraded my 3.5.1 to 3.6.0 and since have been getting the error message listed above. It happens every time I start DVDP, although it doesn't seem to have any negative side effect (at least that I have found).
During the upgrade, DVDP asked me if I wanted to convert my data, and I did. After the conversion, I can see the new 3.6.0 format (date sliders on Watched By field - nice) but still get this error every time.
I run Vista 64-bit.
Thanks, R. |

I unchecked Database Query 1.5, and the error went away. Then I found that Mark Harrison was way ahead of me and had already upgraded his plugin to version 2.1. I installed that version, have no error on startup, and the new version of the plugin works with DVDP 3.6.0.
I'm all set, thanks.

R. You should update Database Query to version 2.2, as Mark fixed another bug that can happen when using other plug-ins. |

I recognize the specific message from BulkEdit, because it can't find localities.dod, which has been obsolete for some time. More recent versions of BulkEdit install its own copy. All of this will be fixed and resolved when the plugin is updated for 3.6, which will be a massive, time consuming update. If you still want to use BulkEdit, try installing the latest version. Any problems, PM me or post into the BulkEdit thread, and we'll try to get it resolved. Why the problem went away when you disabled DB Query is a mystery. That message definitely comes from me - unless by some amazing coincidence, Mark uses exactly the same message. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here.
