dvd collection list is gone....just gone!!!

I haven't logged in a new dvd in a while. so today, I thought i needed to catch up with collection and finishin my logging.. I HAVE NO COLLECTION !!! WHAT HAPPENED TO IT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME..I HAVE A PAID REGISTRATION UNLIMITED KEY...HELP..

If your collection is missing locally and you don't have a back-up, you can download your online collection. it will have everything up to last time you uploaded minus custom images.

Also try "File > Open Database" and see if you have more than one listed.  Maybe you created a blank database, switched to it, and then forgot about it?

Another option is to browse to the database directory and selecting it.  The default directory location will be under your Documents directory in "DVD Profiler\Databases\Default"

If you've signed into Windows with a different user account, you may not have access to the location the database is stored in.

Is your library 44 titles in total?  or a Lot more?  need more information..
