Flagging DVD Titles

How do I flag a range of DVD titles?  For example, I want to flag DVD's by collection number such as DVD titles 500-999.  I want to export this range as an xml file using the export Profile DB tool.  Is there a plug in available that will let me do this?

You can sort ascending by Collection Number.

You go to item #500 and select Collection->Flags->Flag All Above Current.
Then you go to item #999 and select Collection->Flags->Flag All Below Current.
Then you select Collection->Flags->Invert Flags.
