| Posted: | | | | Hi, Due to a newly bought DVD (see this thread) I found out that DVD Profiler (+ the online database) doesn't really have a way to handle the following two cases: 1) re-releases with the same UPC/EAN (and maybe even Disc ID), but different content (e.g. video formats, audio, ...) 2) multiple profiles (one for each movie) on the same single sided disc (same disc ID) It would be great, if you guys could find a way to handle those two cases, since at the moment neither the single profile/multiple discs nor the multiple manual profile solutions are really pretty/optimal. | Posted: | | | | Completely agree. To add, it would be nice if there was a fix that doesn't allow UPC-less box sets to be entered. There was another thread just recently (of course I can't find it now ) that someone bought a box set that was released by TCM with no UPC. The individual profiles were in the Database already, but there was no way of entering the box set. Not sure how this would be possible, but it would be a nice addition in tandem with Elandril's request. | | | Reviewer, HorrorTalk.com
