| Posted: | | | | Probably your backup file is corrupted. If you don't have any other other backup files you can try the alternative method. For downloading your online collection do the following: Go to DVDProfiler menu "Online -> DVDProfiler online ..." Follow the instructions until you get to the options "upload" and "download" Choose "Download" This will bring back your collection except for custom scans, tags, etc... Sadly your online collection seems somewhat outdated (March 26th 2008), so for the future please use both backup solutions frequently.
