| Posted: | | | | This problem just started within the last week or so for me. Not sure why.
The little pre-loader graphic that appears in the middle of the screen whenever I start DVD Profiler remains there until after I have clicked 'Close' on the Welcome Page. This never used to happen. Normally, I think the pre-loader graphic is supposed to disappear as soon as the program has fully loaded. But for me it just stays there. It's annoying because it effectively blocks a portion of the screen, preventing me from seeing the full Welcome Page. Even if I alt-tab to a different program, the pre-loader remains fixed in the middle of the screen. Until I close the Welcome Page. Then it finally goes away.
I know the quick and simple solution is just "close the Welcome Page", but that's not helpful since the pre-loader graphic blocks a good chunk of the Welcome Page. Anyone else experiencing this problem or have a suggestion?
Thanks, W |

| Posted: | | | | Rightclick on the DVDProfiler icon, choose "Properties", ad "/NoSplash" (without the inverted commas) after the last quote in the "Target" field. The "Target" field should now look like this: "C:\Program Files\DVD Profiler\dvdpro.exe" /NoSplash (This time with the inverted commas). The effect of this "cure": DVDProfiler now starts without the Splashscreen (Pre-Loader) | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
