| Posted: | | | | My harddrive went on me, and had to get a new one installed on my computer. I did not back-up my collection. I did re-load dvd profiler to my new hard drive, however, it is blank. Is there anyway I can retreive my collection & transfer it over to the new hard drive? Any help or advise will be greatly appreciated.

| Posted: | | | | 1) From the DVD Profiler main menu select Online | DVD Profiler Online then enter your DVDp username and password, click Next and select Download. This will restore your DVD catalog (11,000+ ) minus things like personalized cover scans, credit photos, etc. which were never uploaded. 2) Remove you email address from your first post (unless you like spam) 3) Invest in a memory stick or external hard drive and back up regularly. | | | Bad movie? | Posted: | | | | You can retrieve the online collection, although you last updated it back in 2007 so you may have a fair amount missing.
Go to Online ---> DVD Profiler Online ----> Log in ---> Download.
This will only download info that's stored online so any self scanned images, gallery items, head shots, etc... will have been lost. |

But he still has over 11000 (?) titles backed up.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.
