I have DVD Profiler 3.5 installed on my XP and Windows 7 computer. The other day, I noticed that some of the images were no longer showing up. I was able to fix that by selecting the option to update all images. I am having problems with one DVD profile in particular, and that is for Die Hard 4. On my XP computer, I have the image for the movie, but the details are missing. On the Windows 7 computer, I can't get anything for that movie. When I try to update the profile and image, I receive an error message indicating that there was a problem downloading the file and to check the internet connection and try again. The internet connection is up and running, so I'd like to know what is going on with this profile.

I did a database repair and then attempted to at least download the image for the DVD in question. I am still experiencing the same problem. Does this mean that I now have to delete this DVD and then add it again? I don't have the cover, so I won't be able to add the DVD by the prefered method.

Can you give me the EAN/UPC and the purchase locality in question?

I don't have the UPC. The DVD was added to the collection by selecting the 'inserted disc' option.

OK, Could you tell me the Disc Id then? You'll find it in the General Info window or under DVD->Change UPC.

I'll also need the title and the locality.

Are you sure there even is an online profile from where to get an image?

The disc ID is: 2DB3-CDBC-276D-653A. There had to have been a profile and image at one point, because when I look at the title on my XP computer, the image is there (but there are no details such as description, cast, etc. and apparently the region code got changed to 0 -- everything in my collection should be region 1). Something is definately going on with my collection though, because now images in my wish list are disappearing, despite previously being there.

The title is "Live Free or Die Hard" (also known as Die Hard 4)

I could not find a profile with that DiscId in the US locality in the Invelos database.

And none of the 10 UPC profiles has that specific Disc Id assigned. It's seems there is no such profile (any longer).

What you could do is the same I just did: Go to the "Add by Title" dialog, look for the movie in the US locality and choose a profile that matches your version of the film.
