The Blus seem to be in the database (only checked with the first EAN (Ocean's Twelve)) For ruling out software problems first try the following: Got to DVDProfiler menu "Online" and click on "Refresh profilelist" while you're pressing the "CTRL" (in German "STRG") button. This forces the software to download the complete profilelist. If this doesn't work: Which error message do you get? If it works, problem should be solved. Anyhow please come up again.
