| Posted: | | | | Hi,
I just got this program, and was really keen on the "export database online" function (allows my friends to easily check my dvds).
However, I'm having a problem - my online database is not the same as my local one, no matter how often I update it. And I checked - it's not the Adult setting (I tried with both on or off).
Maybe this helps - it only seems to happen with TV shows. For example, I have Entourage seasons 1 - 5, but only season 1 is showing up online (even though all 5 show up locally).
Is this a known bug? I tried searching the forums, but I didn't find anything about this.
P.S. Something else that might help - when I first entered my TV box sets, it asked me if I wanted to add all the child discs, which I did. After consideration, I decided that I didn't want them, so I removed them (they threw off my disc count). I didn't solve the problem, but I did notice that the new series I just bought (Deadwood Seasons 1-3) and entered without the child discs are showing up fine online (but still no luck with the others).
Anyway - any help would be appreciated. |

| Posted: | | | | Did you try the adult settings in the website? Click on "My Profiler" above, then "Online Collection", then check both "Adult Titles" checkboxes. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

| Posted: | | | | I just looked at your online collection here and can see 5 seasons of Entourage, season 3 having parts 1 and 2. |

Cool... so it's probably a refresh setting on my end... even though I hit "Refresh about 10 times... Thanks though - it gives me something to go on. |

| Posted: | | | | More info - I just checked with Explorer (I usually use Firefox) and everything seems fine, like Forget_The_Rest said... so it looks like it's a cache thing with Firefox, although you'd think that hitting "Refresh" would solve it...
Oh well - almost got it figured out. Thanks for your quick help guys. |

| Posted: | | | | Final update - solution for anyone having the same problem as I was having:
I ended up deleting the cookies associated with Invelos, and now everything comes up fine. Not sure if this is a bug or not, and not sure that if it is, it's in Profiler or Firefox. Anyways, the solution is simple enough.
Thanks again for your help. |

| Posted: | | | | One thing to try is to hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button in Firefox, that forces a reload and ignores the cache. If flushing the cookies worked but flushing the cache didn't, sounds like a bug to me. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

| Posted: | | | | I had the same problem, except ALL of my Entourage seasons weren't showing...to me, that says it's something to do with the profiles, and not any cookies/cache.
I clicked on the 'my profiler' and checked the box to show adult titles in the public listing and then they appeared. Not sure I agree with classifying Entourage as an 'adult title', since I assume that's meant for pornography.
Anyway, thanks to the good Dr. for the helpful solution. |
