How do we parse Philip Rayburn Smith?

I've done some research - result: zilch. Which, by the way, is practically always the case - generally documentation on "correct" parsing doesn't exist, and this is no exception. I'm not looking to do the whole parsing debate over again - just looking to see if there's a consensus I can refer no-voters to...

Based just on the name, without any research, "Philip/Rayburn/Smith".
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

From spending a few minutes looking online, I've been unable to find anything definitive. Everything I've seen refers to him as Philip Rayburn Smith. I've not seen anything that says either Mr Smith or Mr Rayburn Smith.

I'd probably go for 1/2/3 on this one. To me "Rayburn" doesn't sound like a last name.

Agreed. I can't find anything either....but I'm sure someone will prove me wrong!

I agree with 1/2/3, but just as an aside to Forget. One of the true statesmen in the history of the United States Congress was one Sam RAYBURN, there may be no significance or connection, it could simply be that his parents admired the senator and gave his name to their son. 1/2/3 is appropos without further documentation.
