| Posted: | | | | I'm getting the following error now when I try to close the program...
Access violation at address 00415FC6 in module 'dvdpro.exe'. Read of addres 0000008 (might be a some zero's more or less).
The only thing I can do then is to use the Taskmanager and force dvdpro to close through there... | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |

| Posted: | | | | Are you running it as admin or as a user? Was the database created with the same account you're using it now? Were there any changes in your software-setup (Windows-Update, Security Software, etc.) shortly before the issue occured for the first time?
Did you try to reinstall the program (Backup first!)? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | Yes, tried it all. I believe I'm using it as admin. I can try re-installing the program again. | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |

Standard procedure: start with no plugins (control something or other). This is always recommended before reporting a Profiler error to eliminate the possibility that one or more plugins are the cause. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. | Posted: | | | | Yes, I know; that is what I've done several times.
But now I'm getting the following:
The following error occured while attempting to open the database:
Access Violation at address 00a37106 in module 'DVDPRO.exe' . Read of addres 00000008
I then can repair the database, but it keeps happening. | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |

Sorry just checking! (I guess I'm always so nervous that my plugin is the problem - I know that you use a couple of them ...) | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |
