Haven't exported my titles in over a year or so to an .xl (csv)spreadsheet ., and I remember that previous older versions of Profilers had two areas to export to . .csv  / xml  .. The xml (named 'collection' ) saved file gives me an error (make sure file is a valid xml file)., yet my older csv file ( in excel) opens no problem., .
Is this just a central problem with my own office products , or is there that other area in profiler that allows you to save to csv  ???

I've never had any problems with the Export to XML function of DVD Profiler. Can you open the exported XML file in your browser without problems?

The most likely reason is an invalid character in the exported XML, usually coming from the Overview field. In such a case, opening the XML file in Internet Explorer should give you the error reason and position.
