'Cannot create file C:\Users\Cliff\AppData\Roaming\DVD Profiler\Databases.dod.' It could be helpful to give some more informations... Which OS do you use? Are you logged in with admin rights? | | | Last edited: by SpaceFreakMicha |

Which OS do you use? Are you logged in with admin rights? 1) Microsoft Vista OS, and i do have admin rights. 2) I did do a Cancel on the 'backup' process, followed by 'Refresh All Images'. then when i tried the backup again i got the error. tried to upload the 'Syncronize with DVD Profiler Online: Upload' process and got the same error. |

| Posted: | | | | Close DVDP. Rename the file to .old. Restart DVDP. You may have to reselect you database. Usually it's located under <your documents>\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default
Try to backup again. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
