Error - temp file 4760.DAT is missing

Error when clicking on cast members to show other films they are in within your database. It says a temp file 4760.DAT is missing. Database repair does not solve the problem. Have also reinstalled software 3 times. Please help

Are you using "Threatfire" or a similar programme? I had the same error message when using this programme. Creating an exception rule for this solved it!
