| Posted: | | | | Since today I gat the error message "The online system generated an unrecognized error. Please try again later." when I try to upload my collection. Downloading profiles is working, the Internet connection test is working. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is??? Greetings, MacLeod |

| Posted: | | | | I've just uploaded my collection and everything seems to work fine for me. If you're still having this problem it would therefore seem that it's not a general problem.
Hope you get it sorted out.

| Posted: | | | | Try performing a database repair and then upload your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | I made a database repair, but uploading doesn't work either. Now I tried a new install of DvDProfiler, but no change: I can't upload my collecion. The same is when I switch off my virus scanner and firewall. Please, any other ideas!!! |

| Posted: | | | | Create a new empty database. Upload the empty database to the online.
If this is succesful, open your database again, and perform an upload again. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | I tried this to. But it didn't help. I click on "DVD Profiler Online" in the Online menu, get the Sign-In-Screen to enter username and password, click on next, an then I get the error message... |

| Posted: | | | | Now it works again! The mistake was, that I switched off virus scanners and firewall from my "G Data Internet Security" software, but the internet filters were still active. I excluded invelos website from this filter, and now it works properly. Thanks anyway for your ideas! Greetings, MacLeod |
