| Posted: | | | | I have been using both the desktop and mobile version for a while now and today, I noticed all my added movies only had low res covers. I then went to select hires and is prompted that it is only valid for registered version. I re-entered the code Invelos gave me and is told not valid and to get a new registration. I know this is lifetime so what happened?
Sure enough, I went to My Registration page and only the Mobile version registration code is shown. Can someone form invelos please help? Thanks. | | | Last edited: by kensong |

| Posted: | | | | Just to inform all who responded that the issue was that PayPal actually refunded the amount I paid due largely to my fault when making the purchase. I thought I paid twice and cancelled one order when actually only one payment went through. Resolving this now with paypal. Thanks all. |
