I notice that in my online collection my adult profiles do not appear (including not just Adult rated titles, but also TV-MA titles like seasons of Rome).  However, upon checking my profile settings it is checked to show them.  Is there something else that I need to change?

In which case compare the settings for yourself and the 'general public' - it may be that you've allowed everyone to see 'Adult' (ie adult and 'highest level of normal rating') titles but not yourself!

Edit: Even more likely as I can see Urotsukidôji which is rated Adult

Right on the money, Voltaire, thank you!  That fixed it completely.

That's just wacky!  I would have thought just clicking to make them publicly visible would show them to me too.

Ah, but you wouldn't equal yourself to "the public", now would you?

The programme obviously feels the same way...
