| Posted: | | | | Is it possible to sort or filter the DVD list by who has watched it? If so, how? Im new to the forum and had a quick look for this question but couldnt find it. Sorry if it has already been asked.

Select Collection > Sort By > Loaned To and then select Ascending or Descending as required.

In the standard lay-out of Profiler, on the top left there is a 'filters' tab. There, scroll untill you see 'Personal' and select it. Now, at the bottom of that tab, you can select the watched status as either 'watched by' or 'not watched by' and then select the person(s) from the dropdown list.

Thanks alot, in advance You can't sort by who has watched your DVDs, you can only sort by the date they were watched on. However you can filter your list by who has watched them. If you don't have the Filter window already open, open it by either pressing Ctrl+F or by selecting View -> Windows -> Filters. Then using the arrows in the top right corner of this window find the "Personal" tab. On there you can check the "Watched" button and select a name from the drop-down list. |
