| Posted: | | | | I bought a new computer but before I did I transferred I thought all of my DVD profiler files to an external hard drive. But I can't seem to be able to set up DVD profiler on the new computer with all my old data. I have a folder on my external drive called DVD profiler with a number of entries but not my data base and I have another folder called backup that has a folder under DVD profiler called Databases that has about 74 MB in it. Is there a way to get them together on my new computer??? Thanks Jay |

Did you do a backup? (File-->Backup Database) if so, you now need to do a restore (File--> Restore Database) |

| Posted: | | | | If you copy this DVD Profiler folder to your new My Documents folder then go to "Open Database", does Profiler list anything?
Edit: I'm talking about the DVD Profiler you have filed under Backup, as I believe it's the contents of the Databases folder that is read by the Open Database option. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |
